Windows 10: All my games are now suddenly running on extremely high CPU & Memory

More specifically, I mean Minecraft and Fortnite lol. I was playing the former game and then suddenly everything became extremely laggy. I checked my Task Manager and the Microsoft Compatability Telemetry was running on 95% CPU, so I disabled it through the Task Scheduler. This seems to have mostly fixed the lag, but the CPU and Memory is still very high. On Minecraft, Zulu Platform x64 Architecture is running on about 9-20% CPU, whilst when I play Fortnite, it takes up about 90% of my memory, and idk what is going on.If I should ask on other websites, please let me know, but I think it may to

very high cpu and memory usage when playing games. I have recently change mobo and cpu.

 

Extremely High CPU Usage - Service Host: DNS Client

My Windows Version: Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.535)

From time to time this process (in the title) will suddenly rise CPU usage, making everything extremely slow and even games from 1994 will play slowly, for example. Sometimes it subsides by itself, but sometimes I need to restart.

I'm at my wits end - I've search everywhere and all I can find are answers for previous OS or different processes that are hogging the CPU.





How do I fix this?
