Windows 10: AIapplication app on my computer. Is it a virus?

I had a virus in the past, and i dont know if this is a remnant. I havent really noticed anything, but sometimes there are glitches or something that make me suspicious. when i try to remove it from Control Panel, it redirects me to their own uninstaller, which seems suspicious since i cant just remove it outright.
