Windows 10: Age of Empires 3 Online ESO

Hello everyone, I need your help:In the game: Age of Empires I tried to connect to ESO but forgot the password so I reset the password according to the instructions through the ESO website, then I entered the game, typed the new password I chose, clicked OK and it did not enter me ... it also does not write why it is not Coming in ... Need help as soon as possible! Thanks.

I've the CD Version

And with ESO i mean Age Of Empires 3 Online.

 

ESO (Age of Empires 3) can't create an account: BAD CD KEY

I bought Age of Empires 3 on steam and I tried to create ESO account but it failed: [100] BAD CD KEY.

At first, I installed it on drive D. In setup I formed my product key, so I can play single game only.

I uninstalled and install it again in drive C/steam but ESO account create is failed:[100].

What's it wrong?
