Windows 10: After the last MS update my mouse scroll doesn't operate correctly!

There was a bit of an update a couple of nights ago. I've come to trust MS but now I'm not very happy. As an artist I RELY on my mouse scroll wheel to operate correctly. Since that update it barely moves. When it does move it's very sluggish. The scroll up works sluggishly the scroll down barely functions at all. I've checked my drivers for the mouse, all up to date it's a Logitech MX ERGO Advanced Adjustable Wireless Trackball I'm not asking for help I'm asking for MS to fix this immediately ThanksRichard

MS Mail mouse scroll issue

I have tried all the suggested steps to no avail. Please note that the mouse works in all other aspects, just not in the mail reader. I can grab the scroll bar and slide it up and down but not by using the scroll wheel. Again this is only in the MS Mail
program only.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

• Did you notice any recent changes on your PC prior to the issue?
• Have you tried using a different mouse and check if the issue still happens?

1. Try unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in.
2. Plug the mouse into a different USB port.
3. Try the mouse on another computer to verify the issue is not hardware-related.
