Windows 10: After recent updates I am getting Error Msgs

After recent updates I am receiving NO JACK INFORMATION AVAILABLE on whatever sound card I choose to use on my desktop computer

I have done research on the internet and have tried everything to get it to work

I am not happy with the recent updates for windows

I have seen a lot of other people having this same problem

None of the FIXES for the computer or in Microsoft or even HP have worked to FIX this issue

Please let me know if there is something I can do to FIX this issue.


I have even reset my computer to factory settings.


Not cool.


My writing from voice to text has come to a halt. I am a writer so this is interfering with my work


PLEASE HELP!

Opening a .MSG file created by Outlook 365

Because the apps I had tried and the one I had installed, appeared on the list of possible Apps in the list for opening MSG files, I thought that repairing Outlook might work. So I tried the repair option as Sheltieuk had suggested. When I then tried Start – Defaults afterwards and looked to see what was available to open MSG files, Outlook had appeared on the list! Selected that and it worked.

For once I have posed not only a question but an answer!!

 

Intel E5200 Gets Updated, R0 Stepping Coming Up

Intel's Pentium Dual-Core E5200 processor is getting on course for a specifications update. The chip will feature in a new, improved Wolfdale-2M core, spec'd out as the R0 stepping, from its current M0 stepping. The new stepping is intended to add new instructions, power-management features, and bring about changes in the chip-package. A short list of known changes is as follows:

• CPUID changed from 10677 to 1067A
• Power State Indicator (PSI) support with Intel 4 series chipsets
• New instructions - XSAVE and XRSTOR
• New S-spec and MM numbers
• New halide-free chip package

Due to the changed CPUID, users may require BIOS updates to detect the CPU. According to the company, E5200 R0 should be out by April 13.

windows 10 update error msg, 0xc7700112

Hi I have an Acer Aspire F5-571 laptop which came with windows 10 pre-installed. Trying to do windows 10 update but get the following error msg, 0xc7700112.

Tried using troubleshooter but no joy, any suggestions?
