Windows 10: After KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED blue screen, Windows now will not start up

Last night I put together my PC and installed Windows 10 Home. For about half an hour it was working fine, but then blue-screened with the message KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. It did not point to any specific file or driver giving the error as far as I could tell. Despite it saying it would restart, the monitor only went black and Windows did not reboot. I shut off the PC and turned it back on again. Again, it worked fine for a bit until it happened again. This cycle repeated until shutting it off and turning it on again stopped working. We were able to get it going again after turning off the

As of a few hours ago I started up my pc and it won’t boot into windows, I can go into the motherboard bios but not into windows. As soon as it tries to boot into windows I get a kmode exception not handled, then it tries to restart and I get a black screen. I have tried fixing it through YouTube methods, but my pc can’t even go into the windows Recovery Menu settings just goes straight to the blue screen kmode exception not handled. Any help is appreciated

I was using my computer when it blue screened and it said Stop Code: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED and it kept happening again and again, after turning on my pc after 3 hours of not using it started blue screening a bit after loading and now I cant log in
