Windows 10: After installing Autocad 2010, Windows 10 no responding after restarting

Hello,
I have the following problem:
1. I install Windows 10 from USB - latest release
2. Install licensed Autocad 2010
3. Immediately, I start Autocad without restarting my computer and everything is working fine, however, once I restart my computer, Windows 10 starts to load very slowly, the menus do not show, the desktop icons also do not respond and cannot be used. Sometimes after 10-15 minutes it can be fine, but I have no observations of any regularity. Task Manager works. I've tried it on several computers and it also has this problem after a clean installation of Windows 10.
I have a Windows 10 workstation with Autocad 2010 and everything is working fine. The only difference is that I installed Windows 10 1 year ago, it is updated normally and Autocad is working.
I tried everything in the forums for this when the start menu doesn't work on Windows 10 - I tried everything with Power Shell etc but it doesn't fix the problem
What could be the problem?

Failing to Install AutoCAD 2010

1. Are you logged in as an administrator?

I suggest you to follow the steps below:

1. Click on Start, type Control Panel and press Enter.

2. Under Programs, click on Uninstall A Program.

3. Check if AutoCAD is Listed in the list. If listed, then select the application and click on Uninstall.

4. After the application is uninstalled, try to install it again and check for status.

Installation of Autocad 2010 in windows 10 64bits

It appears that it's just not compatible with Windows 10. The system requirements are

here, and it says nothing about being compatible with anything after Windows 7. It says on

this Autodesk page that Autocad 2013 and 2014 aren't supported in Windows 10, so you should assume the same for earlier versions. The best option would be to install an earlier version of Windows in a virtual machine (search the web) and run Autocad there.

1. What is the make and model of the computer?

2. Are you getting any error code when you are trying to install?

3. What is the direct x version installed in the computer?

I suggest you to check what version of DirectX is installed on the computer.

1. Click on Search bar..

2. Then type "dxdiag.exe" without the quotes in the search bar and click on dxdiag.exe Run command.

3. Click on Then check which version of DirectX is installed on your computer. It will displayed under System Information.
