Windows 10: advace repair loop

desktop stuck in advanced options, wont allow repair , command prompt because keeps asking for specific email address password. we have put it in, says wrong password, have went to microsoft account logged in and changed it and still says wrong password. wont boot in safe mode or safe mode with networking. please help . it was working fine until i rebooted the internet.
