Windows 10: Adding Detail Heading in File Explorer that is not provided

In File Explorer One can display details such as name, title, size, type, Date Modified, etc.I would like to create a detail not offered. That is, for a music file, I would like to be able to add 'Speed', and I would like to record if the song is played 'fast' or 'slow', or 'fast/slow' if it begins fast and then the music is slow or 'slow/fast' if it begins slow and then the music is fast.Alternatively, maybe I want to create 4 new details: fast, slow, fast/slow, slow/fastand I'll just put an asterisk in the relevant columnAny ideas how to do that?

I have added the file count column to my folder in File Explorer. However, the actual file count is not displaying.
