AppXManifest missing

My taskbar is almost completely broken. The only function I have with it is win+r, the task manager, and anything else you can get by right-clicking the taskbar. The start button does nothing, and neither does the windows key on my keyboard. Alt-tabbing
is also weird because it changed from the sleek look brought by Windows 10 to something you would see in Windows 7 when you turned off all of the fancy graphics settings. I believe this attributes to a missing file called "AppxManifest". When I ran Get-AppXPackage
