Windows 10: Activation Troubleshoot: Can't see my device in the troubleshooter

YES, i made a significant hardwere change recentlyThe Windows 10 was the Pro edition in the old system see P.S. note"See other devices linked to your Microsoft account" shows a older system, i dooon't use it anymore tooThis is a new installation of Windows 10 Pro, therefore i see my old hardwere to activate but not my new. It's clear the account it's the same too.That is not a preinstalled Windows 10, it's a fresh new copy, but i can't transfer the license as said here in the code 0xC004F213 section or did i get it wrong?.P.S.:I did removed the old hardwere system on that list. I just wanted to clarify since those are two separate lists. The device would only show up in the activation troubleshooter if it was linked to the MSA while previously activated.

Are you trying to activate with a separate or same license/product key than the first device?

What happens when you manually enter the product key to activate?

OK, Alpha, finally figured the activation path for MAK and retail are the same...same server (seems glaringly obvious now,, but had to test the MAK)

Hello Colin,

Was the device linked to that Microsoft account prior? If not, then that would be why the device is not showing up in the list in the activation troubleshooter.
