Microsoft 365 Free Trial

I signed up for a free trial in Microsoft 365 but I think I was charged even before the trial ended. I'd like to cancel my subscription and I need a refund. Please help me.

 

End of Trial Period - What's Next?

I've just bought a new HP computer running Windows 10 and my 30 day trial period for Office 365 is almost up. I am confused about two things. Please help me.

• I only use Word. Can I purchase only the latest version of Word without having to buy Office 365? If so,
  what is the URL to purchase only Word?
• Do I need to purchase Windows 10 before the end of my 30 day trial period for Office 365. It is already running Windows 10, but I am confused if Windows 10 is part of the Office 365 package.
  Have I already purchased Windows 10 with my new computer or do I need to purchase it?

Unfair charge after the free trial ended

Hi there

Late last year I was given a free trial. I was not made aware that Microsoft would charge to my credit card once the trial ended. I emailed twice early in the year and never got a reply. No one bother to reply.

When I was offered the free trial, I told Microsoft that we will be closing our domain because we would set up another one with a different domain because our business name was changing.

I cancelled my email with the old domain name last week. Now I get money debited from my account which I didn’t sign up for. I am not sure how it get debited when I cancelled with Melbourne IT.

Today I called Microsoft and the person I spoke to is very unreasonable… telling me that I should have cancel by 8th April 2024 which is today but then they charge me a couple days ago.

I am requesting that you please refund money. I found this situation very unfair and unreasonable. I don’t have access to my old email. I am not using Microsoft 365 services, how are you charging for something that I can’t use.

Please get back to me asap. I am starting to feel that this is a scam.
