Accidentally clicked link, not sure if a scam aka.ms/alca

I got a text message from Microsoft saying “Microsoft: Unusual sign-in for ********* last 2 digits of my phone number Review at https:// aka.ms/alca.It was sent on the same text thread that sends my legitimate Microsoft verification codes to login.I accidentally clicked the link and it took me to a sign in page, which I deleted straight away.Does anyone know what this link is, and whether it is safe?I changed the passwords to my Microsoft accounts, anyway.

    :)

Can't Open Links from MS Outlook

OK. Got it working but now it's opening to MS Edge. I prefer IE11. Tried resetting defaults and associations but can't get urls, etc to open into IE11.
