Windows 10: Access violation at address

Could you please help me with my issue? I found that the AI suite 3 should be the issue, and I get the error every few seconds:access violation at address 00402DCA in module fanledctrl.exeIt was after an update only, that this is now displaying, and I can not find the answer

Method 1: I suggest you to run Power troubleshooter and check if it helps. The
Power troubleshooter checks things like your computer's timeout settings, which determine how long the computer waits before turning off the monitor display or entering sleep mode. Adjusting these settings can help you conserve power and extend
your computer's battery life.

• PressWindows + X key.
• SelectControl panel.
• In the search box, typeTroubleshooter and then clickTroubleshooting.
  
• Click on Power and Click on Next button.

If it does not, start the computer in clean boot and then try shutting down.

Method 2: I would suggest you to set the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps. Setting the system in a clean boot state will help to identify if any third party applications/drivers or startup items are
causing the issue.
