Windows 10: AADSTS900561: The endpoint only accepts POST, OPTIONS requests. Received a GET request....

Hi,

We have a PHP script that tries to login to

"https://login.microsoftonline.com/$tenantId/oauth2/v2.0/token". it has worked perfectly up until 3 days ago.



Now we get this error

"AADSTS900561: The endpoint only accepts POST, OPTIONS requests. Received a GET request."


We have made no changes, i have verified that i can login with the account to office 365 and that works fine.

But when i tries to connect to our app at Azure it has stopped working.

Any ideas?

I have read most postas around with no luck yet.

I understand that you are unable to login to Outlook account and you receive the error message.



The error AADSTS900561 might be caused because of 3rd party cookies on the browser. I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.

1. Press Windows key + R. This will open
   Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for Run.
   
2. In Run dialog box, type
   inetcpl.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Under the Internet options window select the
   Privacy tab.
   
4. Now under Settings click on
   Sites.
   
5. On the Per Site Privacy Actions window enter the
   URL you are using to login to Outlook account.
   
6. Click on Allow and
   OK.
   

Also, as the error message is related to Azure Active Directory, I suggest you to post your query on

TechNet forums, where they have expertise having knowledge on
Azure Active Directory.

How to accept a friend request

From the home menu, select friend list on the left: you will see a message that says, Your receive a friend request! Tap on this message to display a list of the friend request you have received. Tap on the friend
request you wish to accept or reject.
