Windows 10: A specific website wont load

I have a website I need for work that will not load. I have tried using chrome and edge. I have restarted the computer, check for updates, clear cache cookies and history. The website loads just fine on my other devices but not on my main computer. It gives the error err_connection_timed_out

Chrome won't load many websites

All of a sudden, Chorme won't load a lot of websites. I'm using Version 98.0.4758.102 (Official Build) (64-bit). I get this message:



When I try running Windows Network Diagnostics, I get:



I had uBlock Origin as an extension, but I disabled it. I still get the same messages. Any suggestions?

websites wont load the first time

Many websites wont load the first time, and must be refreshed one or several times, in order to fully load. Is this a memory problem?
