Windows 10: A red horizontal line on the taskbar

Hello,I found this horizontal red line on the bottom of my laptop screen after recent updates.https://ibb.co.com/1MwSc6RI already tried adjusting the resolution, refresh rate, and color depth in the display settings, and I also updated the display drivers. The red line is still there.I'm pretty sure it's not a hardware issue because the line disappeared when I entered the safe mode. The issue persists though in a clean boot state.Can somebody help me with this issue? How do I fix it? Horizontal lines appear on the taskbar.

There appears to be glitchy horizontal lines on my taskbar that do not go away after a restart. The lines are purple and green and the icons on the taskbar appear to be glitchy as well.

 

Lenovo 14s display - unreadable with horizontal and vertical lines.

Today my Lenovo 14s screen is now showing all horizontal and vertical lines, and is absolutely unreadable. Even the red Lenovo boot screen is all horizontal lines, and unreadable. Suggestions. By the way, the warranty expired on October 31, 2023, like just ten days ago. *Banghead Not that it really matters, but Win 10 64 2H22.

so I just started up my computer and my screen has horizontal red lines on it that are flickering they only show when i start up windows 10 and im on my screen where you see apps and stuff but when im on my load up screen they are not there i don't know
how to fix this.
