Windows 10: A Java Script Error Occurred in the Main Process

I recently installed a Western Digital My Home Drive. Every time I reboot, I get an error that reads A Java Script Error Occurred in the Main Process. I spoke to them twice and they said it's a Windows error. I uninstalled the software and re-installed, and everything works fine until I reboot. Then it starts all over again. In addition, the desktop shortcut does not work when this happens also. It states the shortcut is unavailable. Please let me know if this can be fixed.Thank you,Jim

You can try the following:

Close all your programs. Then, using file explorer navigate to %localappdata%\temp > select all folders-files in that directory and select delete. Some file or folders will throw an error that they cannot be deleted. Skip those as they relate to open programs.
Try installing or running your app again.

That said, these type of errors typically manifest themselves in the java script. ENOENT in java programming basically means a file is missing. You may need to contact Pearson Vue specifically.
