Windows 10: A couple days ago I notice on my brand-new Dell Inspiron 7415 2 in 1 that I couldn't get on...

I have checked with my provider which I didn't think there was a problem with them. All other equipment was ok with the internet. But this one, I am struggling with. I have called Dell 2 x and really have not got help. I troubleshoot as much as I could. At one time it said windows were the problem. Well without Dell I found this: Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource aka.ms is not responding. I don't think it is a hardware problem. So what does that mean and how to fix it in windows 11? I appreciate any steps to help me. Thank you, Denise

Brand New Dell Inspiron 11 3000 Series 2 in 1 - Not working properly after Windows 10 Updates KB3124200 & KB3132372 - (64 Based)

After installing these updates on Jan. 2, 2016, my computer does not work properly.

I have a brand new, right out of the box, Dell Inspiron 11 3000 Series 2 in 1 with a Windows 10 Operating System. Opened on Christmas Day 2015.

The following instances have changed as a result of the install:

• The screen does not auto rotate any more in tablet mode or laptop mode. I have adjusted the display settings, to make sure that it isn't something that I am doing wrong [It is not in "Rotation Lock" mode] . It has not worked. The settings have been put
  back to where they were originally before the updates just in case if for some reason it starts working properly again.
  

• The microphone function does not work anymore. I used to be able to tap the mic icon and speak to Cortana. Now, it doesn't respond.

• While using the laptop, it will freeze and then return to the home screen.

These are a few of the issues I have found since installing the updates.

Please advise on how I can get my laptop running like brand new again. It was great.

I miss it.

"printer not activated - error code 20, on my BRAND new Dell Inspiron 5755

I, too, am having problems with the "printer not activated - error code 20, on my BRAND new (10 days) Dell Inspiron 5755 , AMD A8, with factory installed Windows 10. I can print word , Excel, TTax, and Quicken documents fine. I cannot from print my Emails
or webpage. I believe that a windows update was done soon after my first use. I can save an Email attachment and print that. Any suggestions?
