Windows 10: 928 error Pcie irrecuperable

HolaHace tiempo que al usar mi equipo, cada que es encendida y le estoy dando uso, hace mucho ruido el ventilador, al pasar unos minutos la equipo se apaga por si solo. Al volverla a encender, me marca un error llamado "928 error de pcie irrecuperable", sin embargo, me indica que falla en los slots, al querer cambiar de slots me sigue marcando el mismo problema en cualquiera de los slots que lo cambie. Me podrían ayuda a saber cuál podría ser el problema?

Memtest86 is good, but no RAM tester can detect all possible RAM failures. I would suggest that you adopt a slow and careful step-by-step approach to troubleshooting this clear hardware issue. I would suggest that you strip the PC to the bare minimum. Unplug all external devices except monitor, mouse, and keyboard. You've already removed the GPU, so remove all but one RAM stick (and try other RAM sticks too). Remove unnecessary PCIe cards (extra USB ports cards, WiFi cards, for example). If it fails in as stripped-down version as you can achieve then I'd look at the PSU, and then the motherboard. This isn't a software issue though.

el fire wall se desactivo solo y luego la microsoft store dejo de funcionar y asi se fueron la mayor parte de mis apps y aun no puedo hacer que funcione porque si no esta el firewall no puedeo volver a descargar microsoft store y aparte no hay forma de
hacer algo por el fire wall porque dice que ese error es irrecuperable como le hago le doy har reset al PC ?
