Windows 10: 90% of my games are crashing and I dont know what to do.

Hi all, Hope you all are well. I am having severe troubles with my PC at the moment and I am spiraling into decent. The main issue I am having is I will be playing a game and all of a sudden my pc will restart or the game will crash. or sometimes the game wont even load. This happens with most of my games including: Diablo 4, Warhammer 3, XDefiant, Cyberpunk2077, Sniper Elite 5. I have fresh installed windows, updated drivers, verified files, and so much more. Some games do work like Hell Let Loose or Insurgency Sandstorm which are pretty taxing on PC. Any help is greatly appericated. Best Reg

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

• Does the game crash with or without any error message, if so please take a screenshot and share it with me.
  
• At the time of game crash does it mean direct freeze flashback, or black screen or blue screen?
  
• Right click on the start icon, select event viewer and check in the Windows log if there are any error messages at the moment the game crashes?
