Windows 10: 5 Year Old HP Laptop lagging, because it's old and outdated

Hello, the HP Laptop 15 touchscreen lags, because of the outdated drivers or an outdated device that i brought in 2020, can i fix for me pls, Pls Microsoft Support i wanna to get fixed. here is the evidence of my laptop being laggy

hello, im new here, can u answer why does old game lagging (fps drop) on old laptop

i have downloaded and test many games on my laptop, here is the list:

CS 1.6=max 120fps min 30-20fps,average 60fps (dxd render)

Hot Wheels:Beat that=max 30fps,min 2 fps averge 10fps

Battlefield 1942=max 60fps, min 15 fps, average 30 fps

Terraria=max 42fps min 10 fps, average 20fps

idk why my pc so lagging, this is my spec:

Dual os win 7 and win xp

ram 3gb

intel atom n330 1.6ghz

sis mirage 3 256mb

1 yr. old HP wireless laptop can't connect to older HP wireless Printer

Different answers each time I called HP Yes/No Can be connected/No it can't. Last call suggested kill printer add back. It's not on the HP list and can't pick up blue blinking wireless signal . Older HP Inkjet 6350 year old HP laptop both wireless wizard
asks for WPA

NO DISC, NO cables
