Windows 10: 3rd-party software that will simulate motion blur my cursor?

Discus and support 3rd-party software that will simulate motion blur my cursor? in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I would really like my cursor to be blurred when ever I move it, but there doesn't seem to be any software that simulates that.     I would really like my cursor to be blurred when ever I move it, but there doesn't seem to be any software that simulates that.

    Hello RainedCow,

    I am Jaspreet Singh an independent advisor.

    The only option for normal display will be to switch on cursor trails in mouse settings but I would not consider the visual as motion blur effects.

    There is a paid third party app called cursorfx that can do it though
