Windows 10: 3rd monitor detected but not displaying.

I have 2 monitors connected to my dell dock along with my laptopINTEL. it has been working for a year but I recently unplugged one monitor to connect it to another lenovo laptop RYZEN and now only one monitor displays. The other monitor is detected but grayed out in the display settings. Both screens are working as I have tried to connect them individually to both the DP and the HDMI ports on the dock. Both ports work as well individually as the screens show up of one is connected, or if both are connected only the first monitor shows up regardless of if it is connected to DP or HDMI. How

I mentioned at start of this thread the following

In display settings, it is only detecting 2 monitors. One of these is my Laptop and the other is my monitors. Both the monitors are showing the same display but are being counted as 1 monitor

So your latest suggestion is not working either.

 

3rd Monitor isn't detected

I have tried two types , Display port to HDMI and the micro-display port connected to VGA . They all work with the 2nd monitor , but it just won't detect the 3rd Monitor . These all worked on my other laptop that had windows 10 , this computer is new out
of the box last week .

I have ran the latest window updates .
