Windows 10: 365 Personal email address is not recognised

I have 365 Personal which was renewed last in September 2022. I also have a 365 Business but that is intact.I received a notification a week or so ago that my subscription had been paid for xbox via paypal but I don't recognise this payment and I don't have an xbox. I do have an invoice number if needed.I tried to log on to check the details but my email address is not recognised, however, it is connected to someone else's email address and a different recovery email address. I am also logged out of one drive which appears to be connected to this other persons email address. My email provi

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.

• Do you get any error message?
• What happens when you try to login to the e-mail address?

I suggest you to reset your Microsoft Account password by following the steps provided in the link below and check if it helps.
