Windows 10: 2nd Monitor Not Detecting

Hello I was messing around with display in order to try and configure my computer. I was unsuccessful. In the process of this my 2nd display decetion does not work. What does work are all the settings and the display itself. However, the detection is the sole thing does not work. It keeps seeing the 2nd display as the first display for some odd reason. For example even if I mirrior both screens it will just result in 1 2 in 1 box. As if the 2 are not different monitors. I have already tried unistalling and reinstalling drivers through device manager. As well as restarting the laptop and plug

Windows 10 stopped detecting 2nd monitor

I've restarted the computer (several times), and it's not showing any signs of detecting the 2nd monitor.

Ever since it stopped working, there's only '1' Display option; clicking 'Detect' in Multiple displays results in the message
"Didn't detect another display"; the Device Manager only lists one monitor (screenshot below); and it has stopped allowing me to select other projection modes unless I connect to the 2nd monitor wirelessly.

I'm using an HDMI cable for the 2nd monitor, and have tried both HDMI ports on the monitor unsuccessfully. The monitor models are Dell E2414H and LG 24J4840.

2nd monitor not being detected

Received a software update for windows 10. Upon restart my 2nd monitor was no longer working. Went to the display section in Settings and it is not being detected. Pushed the detect button and nothing. How do I get this back. My 2nd monitor is more
important than any new things in the update.

 

Windows 10 Not Detecting 2nd Monitor

this recommendation is useless. I followed every step and the troubleshooter said no problems detected. When I had Windows 8.1 I was able to simply plug in my monitor (HannsG 28") via micro HDMI port and it was able to detect it. But Windows 10 does not detect
my second monitor. The system just does not see it.
