Windows 10: 24H2, Win 11 OptiPlex All-In-One 7410 - Mouse goes transparent

Hello,After a 24H2 update on an OptiPlex All-In-One 7410, the mouse likes to just not be visible despite the settings for the mouse having not been changed previously. The mouse still works, it just completely goes invisible after it times out on sleep, it is put to sleep, or you press switch user. Restarting the computer fixes the issue until one of the previous conditions happen again. The only way you can see where it's at is when you mouse over something that has an animation like on the task bar at the bottom. Transparent square affecting the mouse

There is a transparent square near the top of my Windows 11 laptop that affects my mouse. It started as two transparent dots, but as I search and try to find fixes, the two dots disappeared, and I was left with the square. Sometimes it completely disables the mouse and I am forced to force shut-down the computer. How do I fix it? Help !!!
