Windows 10: 24H2 game issues

I've tried multiple times to update to version 24H2, and each time received horrible performance drops in some games, so I've reverted to the previous version each time. I use an external GPU, and an example of a game suffering in performance is Helldivers 2. It runs just fine in 23H2, but runs around 15 fps in 24H2. I've checked for driver updates in several places, both for my eGPU and integrated Intel graphics in my laptop, only to find I am perfectly up to date. My laptop has an i7-1355U and the eGPU is an RX 7600 XT. Please help!

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
