    When 22H2 was first released, I attempted to upgrade my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15t-eb000.Processor IntelR CoreTM i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz Edition Windows 11 Home Version 21H2 Installed on ‎9/‎23/‎2022 OS build 22000.1574 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.1574.0 However, the install completely trashed my SSD. Computer tech was unable to recover it and I had to purchase a new SSD and start over.As a result of this catastrophic failure and numerous complaints from other users, I've refused to upgrade to 22H2 although I keep other driver/s

    If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.

    How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2 Win Update

    I wish things are that simple. My error code was 0x80246017, and I don't have KB5020435 installed so it's a dead end. BTW, MS lists like 6 or 7 error codes of the format 0x8024xxxx on the "troubleshooting WU problems", and when you chose next step, it suggests generic steps: run WU troubleshooter, check if your disk has no errors, is your remote disk is accessible, etc. Same as MS community; each similar error has completely different cause and (re)solution.
    MS in notorious for this- if it works then OK, if it doesn't then good luck.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
