  1. 22H2 causing CPU problems

I've been having a CPU problem on my computer since the 22H2 update came. It is said that these problems have been solved with the new update, but that is not the case for me. The CPU can't go above 10% usage and is constantly throttling itself, causing a 15-second throttling that happens around 30 seconds in games. My temperature values have not changed compared to my previous use, I have no problems with cooling and all my drivers and BIOS are up to date. My Computer Specs 6 core Intel 9750H 2.6ghz Nvidia RTX 2070 16GB Memory Win11 Home 22H2

How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2 Win Update

I wish things are that simple. My error code was 0x80246017, and I don't have KB5020435 installed so it's a dead end. BTW, MS lists like 6 or 7 error codes of the format 0x8024xxxx on the "troubleshooting WU problems", and when you chose next step, it suggests generic steps: run WU troubleshooter, check if your disk has no errors, is your remote disk is accessible, etc. Same as MS community; each similar error has completely different cause and (re)solution.
MS in notorious for this- if it works then OK, if it doesn't then good luck.
