Windows 10: 2024-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 stuck on restart required

Just installed the latest updates but have a problem:I cannot get past this restart - I have rebooted several times, sfs /scannow and dism all look ok.I have stopped and restarted BTS and windows update services.Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

I have a brand new desktop that is having all kinds of issues with Windows 11 and the 2024-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5035853). Programs are crashing, the File Explorer on the taskbar doesn't work and just refreshes my whole screen, and now the damn thing keeps telling me "restart required" to finish this "Update". I can restart the computer 10 times and it won't finish the update. Windows 11 is possibly the worst OS Microsoft has EVER released. Just when I thought there could be nothing worse than Millennium, Windows 11 takes the prize. Any suggestions would help.

 

2024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039212) keeps crashing my computer

Mine gets stuck at 4% while the other has completed. As per the following:
