    Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I tried installing the update but before it finishes, it gives me this error and says I have to retry. Even when I do retry, the error persists.

    Win 11 APPS not working: Windows Dictation (Windows Key + H) Not Working AFTER 2024-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5035853)

    Hi,

    I installed Windows 2024-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5035853) 2x this week and was using the Windows Key + H combo to activate the dictation feature. I successfully used dictation to compose some e-mails this way. This week, however, when I press the same key combination, nothing happens. The dictation feature appears, but does not activate. Additionally All custom restore points are gone and the current ones are useless, PHONE LINK doesnt work, Night Light doesn't work and live chat is a complete waste of time when they want to do a 'soft reset' or in-place upgrade, even though I pointed my previous live chat documentation proving that these 'solutions' DO NOT WORK.

    ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY with this company!

    I also updated another computer in my home yesterday to 2024-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5035853), and the Windows Key + H combo has not worked on it even once.

    Any light you can shed on this problem would be greatly appreciated. It would have been nice to have dictated this message!
