Windows 10: 2024-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for...

I get this everytime I try to update my labtop. I have windows 11 already in my labtop, but for some reason the new recent updates such as the one in the question title and Windows 11 23h2, which error code is 0x80248007, will not install. My labtop is a lenovo legion 5 17ACH6H.

Error 0x80092004 | 2023-02 Cumulative Update for .Net Framework 3.5, 4.8, and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022729)

The .NET Framework 4.8.1 February cumulative update, KB5022498 will not install. This is an issue only occurs after installing the .NET Framework 4.8 February cumulative update, KB5022502, then upgrading to .NET Framework 4.8.1 then scanning for updates.

Applying the following steps will allow KB5022498to be installed:

• Uninstall 4.8 February update (KB5022502 )
  
• Run command from elevated Command Promp: dism/online /cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
  
• Scan for windows update again, 4.8.1 February update (KB5022498) installs as expected.
