Windows 10: 100% cpu usage issue

i there, I'm running Windows 11 and experiencing 100% CPU usage.I've tried the following:- malware scan- virus scan- Windows updates- driver updates- closing various tasks that are runningEven when no programs are open e.g. browser, Outlook, etc. it shows as 100% and the fan is running hard. Tasks like Task Manager, Desktop Windows Manager, etc. all seem to scale to and make it at 100%.When I look at Details tab of Task Manager the System Idle Process is varying from 60-99%.

CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

Any suggestions?

I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.
