Windows 10: 10-20 seconds freeze, then bluescreen, event ID 1796

Hello, I've been having a problem for a few months.I tried upgrading to windows 11 to push through updates etc - but I am still having the issueEvent ID in the log: 1796 of Event Viewer.Also Windows ® Installer. V 5.0.22621.1 keeps popping up. so I don't know if it is trying to install something and it can' then it crashes.I have created a minidumpPlease let me know where to upload it to so someone can read it and hopefully tell me what driver needs to be updated. Thank you, i did DDU uninstalling and reinstall the newest NVIDIA drivers.

i still get the event 1796 including the freezes, but no BSOD.

it happens randoms, like whil i click here the "submit" button

i will try now a older driver version rollback. maybe you got another idea what i can do.

Hello everyone, I've been having a problem for a few days that causes intermittent freezes. Sometimes just a few seconds and everything works again. but since yesterday the blue screens have been increasing.

meanwhile i fixed the issue, regarding to

My solution was switching PCIe from Gen 4 to Gen 3 in the BIOS..."

so, i switch too from Gen4 to auto/Gen3 in my bios and it worked.
