the exception unknown software exception 0xe06d7363 occurred in the application at location 0x0000000075E84192

problem named smaRTP: SMARTP.exe application .

I am using windows 10

How to fix this problem ?

I got this error while trying to open calculator.exe and MusicUI.exe "the exception unknown software exception (0xe06d7363) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFE05A71F28" and it freezes up the start menu and cortana search too after the error
is received which is right after starting up windows.
