Windows 10: 0xC0EA000A Error when activating windows 11 home single language

I've upgraded my laptop's storage from HDD to SSD , Following that, I migrated my os from the HDD to SSD earlier. Recently, I reset my laptop , and now it's asking for activation. So I tried to activate using the same product key but it's encountering an error , 0xCOEA00A is the error code saying " it looks like the hardware on this device has changed, make sure you're connected to the internet and try again later." I need help to activate my windows.I also don't have the Microsoft account which I used before resetting my pc. some forums say, that I could use my Microsoft account to ve

Windows 11 Home activation error... (0xc0ea000a)

I purchased a Microsoft Windows 11 Home key and when I try to activate Windows 11 I get error "It looks like the hardware on this device has changed. Make sure you're connected to the internet and try again later. (0xc0ea000a)"

I have tried anything and everything that I have found on forums regarding this error code and subject but I can't seem to be able to resolve the issue.

 

Windows 10 Home Single language cannot activate

I recently own a windows 8 single language which come with a pre-install windows while buying a Sony Vaio, I download Win 8.1 single language from the official website and boot again with it, It can get activate without any problems. I got Windows 10
upgrade notification, due to slow in internet connection I could not upgrade. So I download the iso of Windows 10 Home single language through MediaCreationToolx64 from the official microsoft. Booting goes perfect, but I cannot activate the windows. activating
error (Error code: 0xC004C003) I try activating with 'SLUI 4' still activation error. If any option please do suggest me.

I'm Upgrade to windows 11 Pro but not activate and I have digital licensing Windows 11 home single language. Can't my PC go to Windows 11 Home single language?
