    There have been a lot of problems with I'm assuming my GPU or drivers because I've gotten BSODs before related to that and my screen will shutter and freeze when playing games. I have a GTX 1660 Super and I've already talked to a ton of people in Nvidia who had me uninstall and reinstall their new GeForce Experience driver which may have made it worse. The DXGI error happens frequently when I play Apex and I've also gotten "Script not found or empty scripts/vscripts/loot_ceremony_lighting_rig.gnut. Those could be exclusive errors to Apex, but today when playing Genshin my pc completely froze

    still having problems these comments have not helped ... code is 0x887a0005 for exporting videos to a file ..please what drive do i need

    I trouble shooted the game and here is what I found...

    DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED,

    0x00000001 - UNABLE_TO_INIT_DXGI.
