Windows 10: 0x8007042B-0x4000D Error during Windows 11 migration

Hello, Colleagues,In the company we're trying to migrate computers with Windows 10 Enterprise to Windows 11 Enterprise. We're doing it through SCCM. On one client it's actually failing and it seems that it's an issue with a client itself since we have over 6000 clients already migrated to Windows 11, so it's not our configuration issue. The problem is that when the update is installed and it requires restart it actually rolls back the changes, for whatever reason. We've tried to do sfc /scannow, clean boot, dism repairs, driver and bios updates. I uploaded the SetupDiag logs in here - > htt

Can't solve 0x8007042B 0x4000D error to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11

To fix error 0x8007042B – 0x4000D with this tool, follow these steps:

From the Start Menu, go to Settings.

Now navigate to the Update and Security section.

On the left panel, select the Troubleshoot option.

Now select Windows Update from the available options and click Run the troubleshooter button.

Hi, I'd need your help.

I've tried to upgrade my current Win 7 Pro-version into Win 10 Pro-version, but the error code appeared in the final stage of the installing every time:

Error code 0x8007042B - 0x4000D
The installation failed in the stage SECOND_BOOT because the error took place during the function MIGRATE_DATA

In the control panel, Windows Update-section has been called as error code 0x8007042B - 2000D and there weren't any solution for this error in the guidelines .

I ran the sfc /scannow in the cmd and there weren't any defragmentations.

How could I get this error code fixed ?

My goal is to preserve all my music making plugins & files as they are in Win 7, so I'd like to keep some of my old files (Program files/Vstplugins, Program files (x86)/Vstplugins etc.) from Win7 to Win 10.

1-From the Start Menu, go to Settings.

2-Now navigate to the Update and Security section.

3-On the left panel, select the Troubleshoot option.

4-Now select Windows Update from the available options and click

5-Run the troubleshooter button.

You should now wait for the Troubleshooter to scan the system for issues. Once done, it will list down the issue and the required actions to fix it.

Once the Troubleshooter has run, you may try again.
