Windows 10: 0x80070422 when trying to update windows 10

Currently, I cannot update my windows 10. My last update was in jan 2021 and since then my computer refused to update.Whenever I try to update it gives this response:There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x80070422I checked the following:Inside "Services" open as admin Windows Update and Windows Update Medic Service are Disabled, whenever I try to turn them to Manual or Automatic or Automatic delayed start I receive a warning message and chime saying "Ac

0x80070422 in my update

0x80070422 means "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."

1. Launch the Services MMC (services.msc)
   
2. Double-click Windows Update
   
3. Set its startup type to Manual
   
4. In the Log On tab, select Local System account.
   
5. Switch to the General tab, and click Apply
   
6. Click Start to start the Windows Update service.
