Windows 10: Completely Unable To Sign Into Laptop

My computer just says ‘something happened and your pin isn’t available. Click to set up your pin again.’. I can’t set up a new one, because it doesn’t connect to the internet automatically, and I can’t manually do it, because it just shows a disabled airplane mode, and I can’t do anything with troubleshooting, because I’ve been getting blue screens randomly recently, and whenever I try to hold shift while restarting, I’m met with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. What am I supposed to do in this situation?And for more context about the BSODs, they’ve usually consisted of the one mentioned e

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
