Windows 10: I want to change the administrator EMAIL address on window 11 but something wrong in it....

The Issues:My old microsoft account had a problem with personal info my phone number. When I'm about to change it they keep send verivication code to my old phone number which I don't have that number anymore. I made a new MS Account yesterday, I already search a tutorial to change the emai address but I'm trying to follow the step but what I got is "Oops, something went wrong. Whatever happened, it was probbably our fault. Please try again." What should I do to fix these issues? I would appreciate the help! I tried everything but can't seem to get it to work! Thanks in advance.

Changing administrator email address

1) How do you access the Windows computer? Do you use Microsoft account or local account?

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• 
  Open PC settings, and click/tap on Accounts on the left side.
  
• 
  Click/tap on your account on the right side, click/tap on the More account settings online link at the top of the right side.
  
• 
  If this PC or device is not a trusted device, then you will be prompted to enter and submit a security code sent to your phone or alternate email address.
  
• 
  In Internet Explorer, or your default web browser, click/tap on the Add or change aliases link under Account aliases.
  
• 
  Click/tap on Rename under your (primary alias).
  
• 
  Click/tap on Yes, rename my primary alias.
  
• 
  Sign in to your Microsoft account with your new email address and password. You can close the web browser when finished.
  
• 
  To Create a New Email Address to Use as your Primary Alias
  

• • 
    Select (dot) Create a new email address as your primary alias.
    
  • 
    Select if you want a new hotmail.com, live.com, or outlook.com address.
    
  • 
    Type in a name you want, click/tap on Rename primary alias
    

9. Click/tap on OK.

Wrong email address in Mail app (windows 10 not Outlook)

I have a wrong email address that keeps appearing in the Windows10 Mail pp (not Outlook) that I cannot delete

There is no "X" to delete and using arrow keys and delete button does nothing

No, this is not in contacts, (Several people have listed this issue and MS keep posting how to go to contacts to delete it, its not a wrongly saved contact, its in the suggested emails only)

I have searched all of my separate mailbox contact lists, the wrong email address is not saved anywhere, This is in the suggestions, How do we delete the suggestions list if they cant be removed 1 by 1

 

How To Change Administrator Email Address?

I followed Brink's link but I don't show the same window as the screenshot in the link, which is



the window I get is




But the problem is that the "Manage how you sign in to Microsoft" page has the correct Account Alias email address, but there's a different one (the one I'm trying to change) in Control Panel > User Accounts > Make changes to my account in PC settings (as I said in my first post).

BTW, the "Manage how you sign in to Microsoft" page has a "Change sign-in preferences" choice, but it brings up a page with the correct email greyed-out and no other choices.

I think I'll just leave things the way they are, after all there aren't any problems that I'm aware of with the current (wrong) email, I'd just prefer to use another.
