Windows 10: Windows 11 download won't proceed

Hello. So I always get a banner on my PCs settings that says my PC is compatible with windows 11 and it's ready for download and install. I've been stalling for a while since the support for W10 won't end until October 2025. But then I decided to do it today. But when it's done downloading and I click on "review the license terms", a window pops up saying "Error encountered" and the button to "accept and install" is grayed out. how Do I fix this? Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?

Forza Horizon 4 Download won`t stop

Hi I have the same problem like a lot of people too: my forza download just won`t stop its size is 62GB and i allready downloaded 140GB.

I cant even find an option to restart the download or something. How do I fix this?

I tried things like troubleshooter, wsreset, sign out sign in and a lot more, nothing helped.
