Windows 10: My laptop accepts "g" and "b" keys as ALT key

My laptop has my "g" and "b" keys double binded to left alt and right alt, and vice versa, i have tried to do a safe boot and it did not work, i tried reinstalling/updating drivers, I've tried everything listed under a similar post and nothing has worked.

Hi my laptop is Lenovo Thinkpad Carbon X1 gen 3, and it is running Windows 10

As you see from description, when I press g or b keys my laptop took that like I am pressing ALT key. I noticed this when I opened On-Screen Keyboard. First I thought that it is something mechanic, and maybe my keyboard is jammed. But for example when I open Excel or Word and press them it works (but I can't do capital g or b because my laptop still see them as ALT, and it goes like ALT+SHIFT), so I assuming it is a some kind a bug. I tried to update and delete drivers, but nothing changed. I can't use this keys in browser for example. What can I do to fix that?

• Which type of Windows device are you currently using? (PC, tablet or laptop)

• If your device has 2 Alt button, does it happen on both Alt keys on the keyboard?
• Since you're trying to input a special character using Alt key, have you checked if the Num Lock key is activated?

In the meantime, we recommend that you check if Sticky Keys is turned on in the Accessibility settings. Sticky Keys lets you press one key at a time for keyboard shortcuts. To check, refer to the steps below:

• Click on Start.
• Click on the gear icon to open the Settings.
• Click on Ease of Access.
• On the left panel, click on Keyboard.
• Turn off Sticky Keys.

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
