    Hello, my girlfriend bought me a laptop for Christmas this past year, so it's only a couple months old. If I'm not mistaken, it's this one in case anyone is wondering about specs: 15.6" FHD Quad-Core N95 Up to 3.4Ghz Laptop by ALLDOCUBE, 16GB RAM+512GB SSD, Windows 11 Home Portable Notebook, 3.8v/12000mAh, Type-C, HDMI, SD Card, BT5.0, USB3.0, 1920×1080 Display : Amazon.ca: ElectronicsAnyways on Friday April 25th, I woke up to a BSOD error. I'm not sure why / how this happened; all I know is the computer seemed to be working fine up until that point. No freezes / crashes / slowing down tha

    laptop DVD drive not appearing on windows?

    Well my cousin is coming down soon with his laptop to get his DVD drive fixed because on my computers his DVD drive isn't appeared on the list,he can eject his DVD drive but it doesn't appear on windows..anyone know how to fix this?? would entering bios help?? would i be able to format it?
