Windows 11 Bluetooth LE Audio - Hearing Aid Starkey RIC RT Pairs but Not Available as Audio...

Hi everyone,I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with Bluetooth LE Audio support in Windows 11 and hearing aids.I recently received a Starkey RIC RT hearing aid, which uses Bluetooth Low Energy LE Audio. I'm attempting to connect it to my brand-new Dell Precision 5690 laptop running Windows 11 24H2 official release, which should have native Bluetooth LE Audio support. The laptop uses the Intel BE200 chipset for WiFi and Bluetooth, and I have confirmed that the latest Intel Bluetooth drivers supporting LE Audio are installed. The situation:The hearing aid successfully pairs with Windows via B

Hearing aids connecting via Bluetooth in Windows 11 not working as it did in Windows 10

    Hi,

I have a pair of Phonak Paradise P90s which are paired via Bluetooth to Windows 11 and they will randomly disconnect.
Until recently I was using Windows 10 and they never dropped in that OS, however since the switch to Windows 11, I am finding the hearing aids will drop the audio/disappear from the list of audio devices.
They are paired as stated by the manufacturer - https://product-support.phonak.com/...mputer-and-Phonak-hearing-aids?language=en_US

Despite sitting right next to the laptop, they will either disappear from the list of audio devices, or they will show but no audio is available.

This is a big change from Windows 10, so trying to understand what is different between Windows 10 and Windows 11. I also know I am not the first to ask this and yet no answer has been given.

Given Windows 11 push for accessibility, it is rather disconcerting that the equipment that will help with accessibility isn't behaving the same under Windows 11 as it did for Windows 10.
