Windows 10: is the web display removable?

When opening any app installed from the Microsoft store and the store itself the weird white lines keep appearing. when hovering over it it disappears but then comes back when the screen is not interacted with. Microsoft employee please help.

Restore display from "remove this display"

I had right clicked on the desktop and selected Display settings. My TV was list as a monitor there. I selected the monitor and clicked
Remove this display.

The above steps has not resolved my issue.

  Type settings on the Windows search bar and select

• Now click on Add a device.
