Windows 10: I cant unlink my Microsoft account and Cant access my xbox that is PAID 0x8007003B

EDIT: I actually managed to open those info on my browser, removed ALL devices related to my windows account and still cant login to my xbox due to error 0x8007003B. I cant play my **** games while microsoft charges my and doesnt solve this issue.I want to unlink my Microsoft account from my windows so I can start using stuff again.I keep getting the "cant login to xbox error 0x8007003B " and I also keep getting the "Too many requests" from the browse when I try to unlink it on the browser.Microsoft is the only company that makes it hard for you to give them money.

Thanks for the response. I forgot to mention some details as I was pretty flustered here.

I reached out to EA help already and am being told they can't unlink the accounts without being able to verify the other account. Since it's not mine, I can't verify it. They told me to reach out to Xbox to have them unlink it. But, per the Xbox help pages, it says to reach out to EA directly and there is no option to contact Xbox support to resolve this.

Most of those links suggest similar options and I believe I've gone through all those steps.

I'm hoping to find another solution or figure out if Xbox can unlink the accounts.
