Windows 10: What happened to my file explorer?

Soo I opened my file explorer to upload some things but all my sidebar shortcuts download section etc were gone, there were only these 6 left... All my files are here, the shortcuts just randomly disappeared.

Pin File Explorer to Taskbar

I have gone through all of the recommended steps for pinning File Explorer to the task bar and nothing works. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?
