  2. RAM PROBLEM ASROCK Z390 PHANTOM GAMING 4-CB

i bought this prebuilt computer from cyberpower in january 2020, specs: i7-9700k, 2070 super, team group vulcan 2 x 8gb 3000mhz ram, 1 tb m.2, asrock z390 phantom gaming 4-cb. recently i bought g.skill ripjaws 2 x 16gb 3200mhz ram because my main game rust was starting to feel choppy and i noticed 95%+ memory usage in task manager, when i use the ripjaws my game runs flawlessly but every 10-30 minutes my game will either freeze or blue screen and when it blue screens it gives a different error code relating to memory every time, (keep in mind my computer never freezes with my old ram) ill list off the trouble shooting methods ive tried to save you guys time, updating the bios to version 4.31, switching dimm slots(1,3/2,4) underclocking the voltage of the ram, bought new ram g.skill rip jaw ram sticks(to make sure my specific rip jaws werent the problem), lowered the from stock(3200 mhz) to 3000 mhz. updated drivers, used memory diagnostics tool, used one stick at a time, lowered settings on the games ive been playing, ive looked on online forums such as reddit read multiple posts with the same problem all of them recommend updating the bios witch i already have done, ive brought the issue up to cyberpower and they didnt help at all. and i just sent a support request to asrock,

please help i just wanna play rust without it being choppy and i dont have money to upgrade motherboards AnyDesk wake-on-LAN not functioning on motherboard ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 6 :(

    ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming X - which ATX12v should I use?

    Hello.
I'm receiving my new ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming X mobo in a few days. I have read the manual, and at one point I'm confused. There are 2 ATX 12V Power connectors on this mobo, one with 4 pins and one with 8 pins. My PSU only has an 8 pin ATX 12V. In the manual I read, that I must use the 4 pin ATX (??) But why not use the 8 pin which will fit with the powercord from the PSU?
Here is a picture from the manual:

The 8 pin cord from the PSU can be seperated into 2 x 4 pins, but what is the right installation here? *Redface
I'm going to use my 8700K in this.
